SoNy Sugar head coach Salim Babu has heaped praise on his striker Yema Mwana after an exemplary show in the 3-1 rout of Bandari in the Shield Tournament on Saturday 19 August at Nyayo Stadium.

Mwana scored the opener and won two penalties which Amos Asembeka converted to help the millers progress to Shield Tournament semis.

He stole the show terrorizing Bandari defenders and Babu says the former Nairobi Stima man will only get better after a difficult start to life at the Awendo based side.

Top striker

-He's a top striker and he showed his quality yesterday against Bandari. He's a new player in the team and he is still  familiarizing himself with our style of play. He's a top marksman and I expect more goals from him in the coming matches, Babu told Futaa.com.

The Congolese forward who can play across a number of positions in attack joined SoNy at the start of the season from National Suowe League side, Nairobi Stima.
