Palos FC head coach Hesbon Nyabinge is satisfied with the point earned by his side in the barren draw against FC Talanta in a National Super League (NSL) match played on Friday 7 October at Camp Toyoyo Grounds.

Palos survived Talanta onslaught to pick a point in a match that the hosts had two goals disallowed and a penalty missed.

Speaking after the match, Nyabinge embraced the point picked against Talanta under coach John Kamau; the pair work together at the Kenya under 20 national team.

Fair result

-Getting a draw here is a positive thing. It is a fair result because I had anticipated a tough match. Talanta coach (John Kamau) knows me and I know him well since we work together at the under 20 national team. I am happy with the point and we now have to focus on our next match, he said.

The former Western Stima coach noted that ni side's finishing was wanting against Talanta and is keen on fixing it ahead of Wednesday 11 October clash against Nairobi City Stars at Moi Stadium in Kisumu.

-Our finishing wasn't good and that's an area we have to keep working hard on. We've been creating a lot of chances but we fail to score, my target is to win our next match against City Stars, he added.

Palos sit eighth on the NSL log with 31 points
