Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in acquiring Chelsea defensive midfielder N’Golo Kante.

Sources claim that the Ligue 1 giants have identified the Frenchman, who was recently nominated to the shortlist of the prestigious Ballon d’Or award, as the most viable replacement for the soon-to-depart Thiago Motta and perfect partner for midfield maestro Marco Verratti.

The Red-and-Blues made headlines this summer with the shocking world record acquisition of former Barcelona forward Neymar Jr as well as landing ex-Monaco wonderkid Kylian Mbappe on loan with the option of making the move permanent next season.

Unai Emery’s side are now rumoured to be planning to continue the trend by launching a stunning £90m bid for the Premier League Player of the Year winner next summer in order to ensure their continued success in both local and international competitions.
