Jesse back on goals as Zesco powers past Dynamos

Jesse Were grabbed his 13th league goal as Zesco United proved too good to rivals Lusaka Dynamos inn Saturday league tie played at  Heroes stadium in Zambia Capital.

The Kenyan had stayed without a goal in past week but was back at it setting Zesco on an early lead in the first half.

John Chingandu and substitute Lazarous Kamboole strikes increased the winning margin for the visitors who piped their rivals to move to third on the log.

The goal proved a vital one for  Jesse, who is chasing the league's golden boot and now trails lead scorer Cripsin Mugalu by 4 four goals.

Zesco next clash is an independence Day tie against Power Dynamo in October 24
