Struggling KPL side praise 'best ever display'

Struggling Western Stima coach Richard Mukami has admitted that their win over Posta Rangers as the most convincing display ever since he took over.

Stima beat the Mailmen 1-0 to put a last-minute power in their fight to fight relegation knife. The Ugandan admitted that they are very determined to keep their place in the top tier.

- It is the best results of the season since it gives the team a chance to survive. We are determined to win all our remaining matches and stay in the league. We are motivated and ready to put everything on the line, Mukami told the KPL website.

The Kisumu based club has been fighting hard to avoid the chop and that is provable in their last five matches: A win over Sofapaka (3-1), Two draws against Thika United ( 1-1) and a 2-2 one against Ulinzi Stars. Gor Mahia is the only side that has beaten them 2-1. Chemelil Sugar is their final opponent as the league stalls to an end.
