Tottenham Hotspurs Victor Wanyama has confirmed that he would be happy if given chance to return to his former club Celtic of Scotland.

The Kenyan says he still loves the club and additionally he follows them very often.

- Yes! Why not? I’ve still got a lot of love for the club and I still follow the club, so who knows I might be back at the club in the future. Tottenham players ask me about the atmosphere [at Celtic] and I always tell them is the best ever and that they will never understand it until they witness it for themselves, Wanyama was quoted as saying.

Hoops Support

His powerful displays in the heart of the midfield made him a hero with the Hoops support. And he still reckons the Parkhead atmosphere is the best in football - something he regularly tells his team mates down south.

Wanyama made 91 appearances for Celtic and scored 13 goals before moving to Southampton in 2013. He spent three seasons with Saints before joining Spurs in the summer of 2016 for a fee of around £11m
