2015 Kenyan Premier League Young Player of the Year George Mandela has joined Chemelil Sugar FC on a two-year deal, weeks after officially parting ways with Tusker FC.

Mandela was among players released by the Brewers at the end of 2017 campaign and has now found a new home in Chemelil. Other new faces at the Millers camp include Tusker FC's rookie midfielder John Ochieng who joins on a season-long loan deal.

Former Kariobangi Sharks and Vihiga United keeper Leonard Basky Otieno has also decamped to Chemelil Sugar and completing the list is former Muhoroni Youth attacker Bliss Kityo.

This brings the number of new faces at Chemelil to ten following arrival of John Kuol, Maxwell Onyango, Philbert Ochieng, Kelvin Wesonga from Palos FC, Vincent Mahiga from GFE 105 and Steven Njoroge from Nakuru Comply
