New signings on target as AFC Leopards down NSL side in friendly

AFC Leopards downed National Super League side, Bidco United 2-0 in a friendly match played on Saturday 13 January at Gikambura Stadium in Kiambu.

Ghanaian forward Erick Bekoe opened the scoring five minutes into the game before fellow new signing Jeffery Owiti made it 2-0. Leopards took a two-goal advantage to the break. 

Changes 

Coach Robert Matano made wholesale changes after the interval and despite dominating the clash, Ingwe couldn't get more goals in the end settled for a 2-0 win. 

This is a second consecutive preseason win for Leopards after the 11-0 win over Gikambura FC on Friday 12 December.
