Muluya: Confidence made the difference

Kariobangi Sharks manager William Muluya praised his team's morale and confidence after their 4-1 victory against Wazito FC at Camp Toyoyo on Sunday 4th March.

Eric Kapaito and Duke Abuya propelled the Sharks with two quick goals separated only by 4 minutes in the first half before Kapaito sealed the deal by claiming his first hat-trick of the season. He scored two more goals ensuring the Sharks saw off the game in style. Muluya attributed the win to confidence.

"The win is definitely a morale booster for the boys especially after going for three games without a single win. The team had confidence and this is what made the difference in the long run. We have been conceding in the final minutes of our previous games despite playing well," Muluya said.

The win takes Sharks up to fourth with eight points as Wazito drops to 14th.
