Juma challenges mates to give more

Kakamega Homeboyz skipper David Juma has challenged his team mates to work harder, so they can stop the slump at the team after suffering two straight losses in the Kenyan Premier League (KPL).

The team lost 1 – 3 to Nzoia Sugar FC before falling 0 – 1 to Ulinzi Stars, in their most recent game and Juma says the slump must be stopped as soon as possible, for the team to be able to rise again.

The keeper admitted that they made errors in the Ulinzi Stars loss, but called for correction in the next game.

Work Harder

“It is hurting to lose matches in a row, but on the other hand it is a challenge to us to continue working harder and harder. If we were giving 100 percent, I guess it is time to increase that and as players we know that really well.

“We will correct our mistakes and try to rise from this latest setback,” he said.

The team will next play AFC Leopards away in Machakos, at Kenyatta Stadium.
