AFC Leopards has reached an agreement with Nigerian midfielder Henry Uche over termination of the remainder of his one-year contract, the club has confirmed.

The attacking midfielder moved to the den in January 2018 but has found play-time difficult to-come-by. He has twice been hauled off in the first half for failing to spark and his journey with Ingwe has finally come to an end.

Club chairman Dan Mule has confirmed that an agreement between the two parties has been reached over termination once the mid- season transfer window swings open in June.

Mutual agreement

"We have agreed to terminate his contract. He's not playing and their is no business in keeping a foreigner who's not helping the team, Mule told Futaa.com.

Uche's exit brings the number of players who are heading out of the den to three. Others are Ghanaian forward Eric Bekoe and former Gor Mahia midfielder Collins Okoth.
