Sofapaka head coach John Baraza says wastefulness cost his side in the 0-1 defeat to AFC Leopards on Wednesday 13th June at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.

A Brian Marita second half strike helped Ingwe begin it's second leg with an important win. This came after both teams had squandered chances, Leopards in particular wasted many opportunities.

Speaking after the match, Barry said his team fell to Ingwe for failing to utilise the chances they created.

Chances

"We did not utilize our chances. In such a match, the team that makes good use of the opportunities they create wins the match. We had our chances, they had theirs, they utilised theirs, we didn't and that made the difference," Baraza said after the match.

The win was coach Zapata Rodolfo's second in the league as Ingwe boss.
