Thika United new Head Coach Joseph Ruto has heaped praises on the team’s youngster James Kinyanjui saying he is headed in the right direction.

Speaking after the team suffered a 0-3 loss at the hands of Kariobangi Sharks, Ruto also said the team will keep fighting until the end.

“He is a very talented boy. He is confident in the ball and fearless. His future is bright.” He said.

Open chances

“We lost a couple of open chances and also defended badly but credit to the lads, they played their hearts out. We will work on rectifying the mistakes in training and fight until the end, we are not giving up yet.” He said.

Gor up next

Thika is at the bottom of the log with 20 points from 28 matches and will next face champions Gor Mahia.
