Dijon vs PSG: Hosts should fear a backlash from the wounded superstars

PSG must take their minds off a shock Champions League exit to carry on towards an inevitable French Ligue 1 title, but it won't be easy against an improving Dijon side.

Match preview 🖊

Dijon put up a spirited display last time out, as they drew with Reims while playing almost the entire match with ten men. PSG's much-publicised Champions League exit at the hands of Manchester United will still be hurting the players and they'll want to put it out of their minds with a win here against a side still occupying the bottom three. Seeing as though all of the last three head to heads between these sides at this venue has featured goals from both sides, we are backing that to happen again but PSG's seven straight wins against this opposition should provide enough motivation for there to be eight.

Team news 📰

Senou Coulibaly is suspended for the hosts, while Valentin Rosier & Arnold Moutou are injury doubts. Adrien Rabiot remains AWOL for PSG, Brazilian superstar Neymar is a long-term absentee and Dani Alves is suspended. Kylian Mbappe, Ligue 1 top scorer with 24 goals, is the man to watch as always and he should be joined in attack by a fit-again Edinson Cavani
