Ulinzi Stars will be without the duo of Bonaventure Muchika and John Njuguna when they take on Chemelil Sugar in a Kenyan Premier League match to be stage at Chemelil Complex on Sunday 19th.
Muchika is on the sidelines with a groin injury he picked up during a training session while Njuguna will miss out after failing to recover in time from a bout of Malaria.
Team Doctor John Imboywa revealed that Brian Birgen has resumed training after suffering a facial cut in the game against Posta Rangers but Millers’ game comes a bit soon.
The good news for the coach is that midfielders Ibrahim Shambi, Daniel Waweru, and Boniface Okinyi, all who have been missing in the recent matches, will be available for selection after resuming training this week.
Waweru was out nursing an ankle injury sustained in the game against Western Stima in April while Shambi and Okinyi picked thigh and groin injuries in the game against Bandari at the start of May at Mbaraki Sports Club in Mombasa.
