Middlesbrough are said to be contention to make a move for Ado Den Haag winger Sheraldo Becker in the summer transfer window as the club looks to revamp the structure upon Tony Pulis' departure.

The 24-year-old has enjoyed an inspirational season with the Dutch club, managing to score seven goals and contributing ten assists in what has been reported as a much-improved campaign from the former Ajax Amsterdam player.

Leeds United, Sheffield Wednesday and Derby County are also interested in the winger who is out of contract at the end of the season having signed for ADO Den Haag in 2016 from Ajax for €200,000.

Becker is reportedly unlikely to sign a new deal with the Dutch side prompting the interest in a host of clubs.

Boro are believed to have been watching Becker, who represented the Netherlands at youth level, last season as they looked to bolster their attacking options.
