Philip Billing set to join Bournemouth, to undergo medical on Monday

English Premier League club Bournemouth are reportedly close to completing a deal for midfielder Philip Billing.

According to BBC reports, Bournemouth are in contention to sign the Denmark U21 international on a possible five-year deal in what is set to be worth fifteen million pounds.

Billing who was recently playing for Huddersfield Town before being relegated to the Championship was dealing with plentiful speculation concerning his career.

Further reports say (via All Nigeria Soccer) that the Nigeria-eligible star struggled to have a decent working relationship with manager Jan Siewert upon his appointment with the club.

The 23-year-old managed to make 91 appearances for Huddersfield across all competitions which included 43 in the Premier League - he scored 6 goals in total.

Billing is set to undergo a medical on Monday, July 29 where he will reportedly be revealed by The Cherries.

Nnamdi Ofoborh, Jordon Ibe and Dominic Solanke have been seen training with the senior team before the start of the 2019/20 season.
