💰 🦁 English Premier League: Looking ahead to Saturday's busy schedule

Seven Saturday clashes in the Premier League will keep fans interested during a weekend when Arsenal takes on Burnley in the British lunchtime kickoff.

What else is going down?

Arsenal vs Burnley ☄️ 🏺

Emirates Stadium
13:30 CAT

Arsenal got their season off to a solid start with a 1-0 win away to Newcastle, while Burnley's 3-0 thumping of Southampton will ensure that they are in confident mood ahead of their visit to Emirates Stadium. There should be some new Arsenal faces on show and their extra quality should get them the win but it definitely won't be easy. Arsenal has won their last three home matches against Burnley and all three of those matches featured over 2.5 goals.

Burnley is unbeaten in their last five matches in the Premier League, stretching back to last season, and they've won three on the trot.

FUTAA BETS: Arsenal win & over 2.5 goals

Aston Villa vs Bournemouth 🦹🏾‍♂️ 🍒

Villa Park
16:00 CAT

Villa was unlucky to lose to a late Kane-inspired fightback from Tottenham but they will take consolation from their 3-1 opening day loss. Bournemouth only managed a 1-1 draw at home to newly-promoted Sheffield United. They struggled on the road last season and it could be a tricky afternoon for them.

Brighton vs West Ham 🐦 🔨

American Express Community Stadium
16:00 CAT

Brighton’s stunning result away to Watford on the opening day saw them score more away goals in one day than they had managed in nine previous away days combined. Visitors West Ham took a 5-0 hammering by Man City and although Brighton isn’t quite at that level, West Ham’s defence is cause for concern.

Everton vs Watford 🍬 🐝

Goodison Park
16:00 CAT

Both sides endured frustrating opening days to their campaigns. Everton had to settle for a point away to Crystal Palace and was reduced to ten men, and Watford was battered at home by Brighton. The home side should get the job done but we expect goals at both ends.

Norwich vs Newcastle 🐦 🐦

Carrow Road
17:00 CAT

Norwich won’t be too upset by their 4-1 opening day loss at Liverpool, and they’ll fancy their chances of getting a positive result here against a troubled Newcastle outfit. Norwich scored goals for fun last season in the Championship on their way to promotion. It won’t be nearly as easy in the Premier League but they have the tools to trouble Newcastle here.

Southampton vs Liverpool 👼 🔴

St. Mary's
17:00 CAT

Southampton will have to dust themselves off quickly for the visit of European Champions Liverpool. The Saints took a 3-0 beating away to Burnley on the opening day of the season and Liverpool were comfortable winners, 4-1 against Norwich. Liverpool has won four matches in a row against Southampton, and only conceded once in the last five head to heads.

FUTAA BETS: Liverpool win & over 2.5 goals

Manchester City vs Tottenham 🌃 🐓

Etihad Stadium
20:30 CAT

Manchester City’s opening day 5-0 demolition of West Ham will have them in confident mood as they face potential title rivals Tottenham here. City has won four of the last five head to heads and one of those was a dramatic 4-3 second leg in the Champions League, although Tottenham advanced. The corresponding fixture last season was a 1-0 win for City thanks to Phil Foden, and we are erring on the side of a home win and a low-scoring clash again.
