With just over one week left for the rest of Europe's elite outside of England to complete their transfer business, Neymar is the subject of intense speculation again.
The unsettled PSG man has been linked with a return to Barcelona all summer but the Camp Nou club have not managed to agree on a deal to bring the Brazilian back to the club.
L’Équipe reports that Real Madrid's latest massive offer has been rejected by the PSG hierarchy. The offer is believed to be a cash plus player proposal involving €100m and three first-team stars, namely, Keylor Navas, Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez.
Sporting director Leonardo, however, is dragging his heels and doesn't believe that the three players are worth a combined €122m. PSG apparently wants to recoup the 222m world-record fee that they paid to sign Neymar two years ago.
L’Équipe mentions that Juventus is still in the race for Neymar and would be willing to include Paulo Dybala in any deal to sign the Brazilian superstar.
With time running out, and PSG seemingly unhappy with the offers they have received so far, it's anyone's guess where Ney will be playing his football in a couple of weeks time.
