Barcelona's summer signing Antoine Griezmann bagged a brace in the 5-1 win over Real Betis on Sunday as he celebrated his goal by throwing glitters into the air, leaving Lionel Messi in stitches.
The French striker, who joined the Catalan giants from Atletico Madrid in a deal worth €120 million in July, failed to prevent Barça slumping to a 1-0 defeat in their La Liga opener against Athletic Bilbao. Griezmann picked the ball up on the edge of the box and curled an unstoppable shot in the far corner of the net against Betis.
Griezmann made his way towards the corner flag, where an unidentified man who had a pot full of glitters poured it onto the World Cup winners hands as he then threw it in the air.
