Bundesliga side Werder Bremen have reportedly prepared a bid to sign Ghana international Andre Ayew before the close of the European transfer window.
The 29-year-old has emerged on their radar as reports previously revealed that they have been closely monitoring his performances at Swansea City.
According to Ghanasoccernet, it is of the belief that the two parties have met and negotiation talks are currently underway in hope of a plausible deal.
The former Marseille forward has had an impressive start to the season, scoring twice against Northampton Town in the Carabao Cup and providing two assists in the English Championship.
