Two new faces in Liverpool's Champions League squad for 2019/20 season

Liverpool have submitted their Champions League Group stage squad that will commence the defence of their title from mid-September.

The 22-man team has no surprises, with Harvey Elliot and fellow summer signing Sepp van den Berg the only new faces from the team that lifted the title in May in Madrid, having beaten Tottenham Hotspur.

The Reds are in Group E alongside Napoli, Red Bull Salzburg and Genk, and will hope to once again conquer Europe after the success last time out.

Here's the full list;

List A: Alisson Becker, Harvey Elliott, Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah, Joe Gomez, Jordan Henderson, Naby Keita, Adam Lallana, Andy Lonergan, Dejan Lovren, Sadio Mane, Joel Matip, James Milner, Divock Origi, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Andrew Robertson, Adrian, Xhedran Shaqiri, Fabinho, Van den Berg, Virgil Van Dijk, Wijnaldum.

List B: Alexander-Arnold, Brewster, Jones, Kane, Kelleher, Larouci, Lewis.

List B includes players born on or after January 1, 1998, who have been eligible to play for the club for any uninterrupted period of two years since their 15th birthday.

UEFA rules state a club can register an unlimited number of players on List B during the season but the list must be submitted by no later than midnight CET the day before a match.
