Asante Kotoko’s on-loan Justice Blay wants to stay put in Kumasi - rather than a return to Tarkwa.
Blay’s open admission to stay with Kotoko is supported by what has been a very positive loan stay. The midfielder joined the Porcupine Warriors in July.
Chatting about what he wants in the immediate future, he said: "I am with Kotoko now and that's what I know," Blay told Oyerepa FM.
“I am doing my best and will always do because I would love to stay at Kotoko. When asked of my opinion if I want to stay at the end of my loan spell, I will gladly say yes,” the player concluded via Ghana Soccer Net.
Meanwhile, the player that Kotoko fans have affectionately nicknamed the Chief Justice of Midfield, has looked ahead to the next CAF Champions League game against Etoile du Sahel.
“This is my 1st time playing in the champions league & I've learnt a lot. I admit Etoile is a good side but they can't beat us, we'll score in Tunisia, qualification is non-negotiable. Should they score, we'll also score. We're going to give our best,” said Blay.
