Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has confirmed both Callum Hudson-Odoi and Reece James are in the Saturday squad to face Brighton.
The duo has been out for weeks nursing injuries, with Hudson-Odoi in particular sidelined since suffering an injury in a Premier League match against Burnley in April.
They, however, stepped up their comeback this month and were in action with the senior team on Wednesday night at the Stamford Bridge against Grimsby in the Carabao Cup.
They both put in decent performances and found the back of the net in the 7-1 demolition, with James impressive as he managed two assists to add to his goal.
Lampard has now revealed the two will be involved in the Saturday clash following their impressive show against the League Two side.
Chelsea will be hoping to keep a first clean sheet at home, having conceded in all their last matches at the Bridge this campaign.
Lampard has warned his charges that they must be clinical, and treat their opponents with utter respect.
"We must respect Brighton hugely because they're playing really well, even if they haven't been getting the results," he said.
Chelsea lost last time out 2-1 at home to Liverpool and will be hoping to get their campaign back on track with a win against Brighton.
