Chelsea set a new Premier League record on Saturday afternoon, as they swept aside Brighton Albion 2-0 at the Stamford Bridge.
The win meant Chelsea have won all their nine Premier League matches against their opponents, setting a new record for most games played by a side against a single opponent while winning every single one.
They broke Bournemouth’s eight-game win record against Wimbledon.
Second-half goals from Jorginho, from the spot and a late deflected Willian striker, meant the Blues picked up their first home win this season and kept their first clean sheet under new manager Frank Lampard.

Lampard will be happy to see his team picking the pace, and was boosted by the return of some key players who have been out with injuries.
Callum Hudson-Odoi, who has been out since April, made a second-half entry and changed the game including his assist to Willian for the second goal.
The win saw the Blues move up to sixth in the standings on 11 points after seven matches, 10 adrift of league leaders Liverpool, who won 1-0 away to Sheffield United.
