The Gunners escaped a rainy Old Trafford with a point in last night's 1-1 draw and their next six fixtures offer the chance for Unai Emery's side to put some points on the board.
Arsenal has now not won at Old Trafford in the Premier League in 13 years with Manchester United away truly becoming a bogey fixture for them. The last three visits to Old Trafford have yielded draws which indicates a slight upward curve on the losing streak that preceded it.
With the point earned last night, Arsenal sits inside the top four and they'll be looking at their October schedule and eyeing out a few wins.
🏟 Arsenal's October schedule
- 3 October: UEL vs Standard Liège (H)
- 6 October: EPL vs Bournemouth (H)
- 21 October: EPL vs Sheffield United (A)
- 24 October: UEL vs Vitória (H)
- 27 October: EPL vs Crystal Palace (H)
- 29 October: EFL Cup round of 16 Liverpool (A)
There is still uncertainty around Arsenal's trip to Anfield to face Liverpool on the 29th in the EFL Cup quarterfinal because Liverpool apparently fielded an ineligible player, Pedro Chirivella, in the last round against MK Dons.
However, Premier League home matches against Bournemouth and Crystal Palace, as well as a trip to newly-promoted Sheffield United, will see Arsenal fans demanding nine points in the Premier League from October's schedule.
