As reported by The Athletic’s Sam Lee, De Bruyne has a groin problem and will undergo tests to determine the full extent and likely to lay-off period.
"Kevin De Bruyne suffered a groin injury in the win over Everton and will miss tonight's game against Dinamo Zagreb," a statement from the club read.

"Everyone at City wishes Kevin a speedy recovery and we all look forward to seeing him back in blue soon."
The Belgian has so far provided eight assists in the Premier League this season and now joins Leroy Sané, Aymeric Laporte and John Stones in the treatment room.
