After being incessantly linked with an exit from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window, Neymar has now admitted that he is happy he stayed at the club.
Neymar made his intentions of leaving PSG clear with Real Madrid and a move back to Barcelona being rumored to be his possible destinations. The Brazilian has been vital to PSG since returning, scoring winners against Strasbourg, Olympique Lyonnais, and Bordeaux but fans booed him when he made his return this season.
Speaking in a press conference ahead of their friendly clash against Senegal, Neymar revealed that he is happy at PSG, "Today, I feel happy and comfortable with the club, too. It's not just with the national team that I'm happy. The season started out very well for me.
"I will defend my club tooth and nail. I will give 100 per cent for us to achieve great things. It was a long summer for me. I knew that I had to prepare, in all circumstances, for a good season. Thank God, it has started well and I hope it stays that way."
