NSL Golden Boot race heats up ahead of Round 11 action

With 243 goals scored so far in the National Super League the Golden Boot race has been tightly contested in the opening 11 matches with Coast Stima's Joshua Oyoo leading the charts.

Coast Stima have produced high scoring games netting 15 goals and conceding a goal more. Oyoo has been their go-to man for goals scoring over 53% of their goals this season with six of the eight goals he has bagged coming from the penalty spot.

Former Kariobangi Sharks forward Ebrimah Sanneh is tied in second place with Migori Youth's Clinton Okoth after both found the back of the net seven times this season. Sanneh has been instrumental for City Stars as they seek to end their three-year hiatus from the Kenyan Premier League.
