Eagles concede a late goal to draw with Hassania Agadir

Green Eagles conceded a late goal to draw 1-1 with Moroccan side Hassania Agadir in the first leg of their CAF Confederation Cup pre-group stage encounter played at Nkoloma Stadium this afternoon.

The Kawale Boys started well and broke the deadlock in the 36th minute, Spencer Sautu with the goal. Eagles, however, gave away their lead as they allowed a Rami Yassine goal late in additional time to end the match a level at 1-1.

Green Eagles will now have to travel to Morocco to face Agadir at their home next weekend and need to get a win to progress to the group stage.
