Zambian striker Patson Daka was on target for Redbull Salzburg helping them to a 5-0 bashing of lower-tier side Ebreichsdorf in the round of 16 of the Austrian Cup.
Coach Jesse Marsch made changes to the team that started against Rapid Wien over the weekend. Enock Mwepu came on to replace Kristensen at right back while Patson Daka, Sekou Koita, Ashmeru, and Camara took the places Erling Braut Haaland, Hee-Chan Hwang, Zlatko Junuzovic and Takumi Minamino.
Despite the five changes it was business as usual for Salzburg who took the lead after just seven minutes through Masaka Okugawa. Sekou Koita doubled lead six minutes and it was 3-0 before the half-hour mark as Patson Daka got on the score sheet.
Koita got his double in the second half before Haaland could come on to score the fifth four minutes to time to send Salzburg into the quarter-finals. Next on the cards for Salzburg is Mattersburg away and then a trip to Naples to face Napoli on matchday four of the UEFA Champion League group stage.
