Manchester United will not be going for Zlatan Ibrahimovic signature in the January transfer window this as reported by Sky Sports News.
Ibrahimovic has been the center of attraction after announcing that he won’t be returning to the Major Soccer League with LA Galaxy with United being one of the clubs said to have been interested in his services.
The rumors emanated from the time United were hit by injuries earlier in the season and found it hard to find the back of the net this after failing to replace Romelu Lukaku who joined Inter Milan in the summer.
Stint at United
In his stint with United, Ibrahimovic scored 29 goals for during a two-year spell at Old Trafford but left in March 2018 after winning the League Cup and the Europa League under former boss Jose Mourinho.
In his two seasons at Galaxy, the Swede scored 31 times and providing eight assists in 31 games for the team in all competitions this season and left as a free agent after failing to fire the side to the MLS final.
The striker has strongly been linked with a return to Serie A with AC Milan being his possible destination.
