England manager Gareth Southgate has rained praise down on Harry Kane after his hat-trick in the 7-0 evisceration of Montenegro.
The win enabled England to seal a place in the 2020 European Championship with one game to spare in Group A.
The hat-trick also saw Kane become the first England player to score three back to back goals at the Wembley Stadium after scoring in the 4-0 win over Bulgaria.
Speaking in a post-match press conference after the win over Montenegro, Southgate hailed Kane, "So, not only does he lead the line for us, providing the goal threat, he also provides opportunities for others and I’ve said before, what an unselfish player he is.
"But of course when those opportunities are there he’s absolutely ruthless."
Southgate also fielded the youngest England side in 60 years with 22-year-old Ben Chilwell registering a hat-trick of assists.
