Tripple injury boost for Manchester United ahead of Sheffield clash

Manchester United trio Nemanja Matic, Luke Shaw, and Axel Tuanzebe have resumed training ahead of Sunday's Premier League encounter with Sheffield United.

Shaw, who has been on the sidelines with a thigh injury since United's defeat to Crystal Palace has finally resumed training as he steps up his recovery. Fellow defender Tuanzebe, who pulled out of October's 1-1 draw against Liverpool during the warm-up after suffering a hip problem also took part in today's training.

Midfielder Matic has also handed his side a huge boost ahead of Sunday's encounter with mainstay midfielder Scott McTominay likely to miss out with an ankle problem.

Club's captain Ashley Young will also be available for selection after serving his suspension.
