Three new faces called up to Harambee Stars squad

Harambee Stars head coach Francis Kimanzi has included three new faces in his team that is preparing for the 2019 CECAFA Championship.

The changes come after Kariobangi Sharks goalkeeper Brian Bwire pulled out due to an injury with his place taken by Western Stima custodian Samuel Abawa.

There is a call up for Tusker FC striker Timothy Odhiambo and former Kenya U20 sensation, Mohamed Katana alias ‘Messi Agege’.

Defending champions Kenya is in Group C alongside Tanzania, Djibouti and Zanzibar with Group A having hosts Uganda, Burundi, Ethiopia, and Eritrea; Group B will pit guest team DR Congo against Sudan, South Sudan, and Somalia.
