Nigerian midfielder Ogenyi Onazi is back to competitive football after spending one year on the sideline.
Onazi has been out injured for 12 months due to the ligament damage he suffered in a Turkish Super Lig game against Rizespor in December 2018.
The Trabzonspor player made the bench in a 3-1 win over Antalyaspor at the New Antalya Stadium on Sunday.
However, he was on the starting lineup for Trabzonspor on Thursday in their 2-0 Europa Cup defeat to Basel.
The 26-year-old was substituted for Muhammet Akpinar in the 51st minute in the encounter played at the St. Jakob Park.
Onazi was part of the Super Eagles team that won the 2013 AFCON in South Africa.
