Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola confirmed that he will be without John Stones and Sergio Aguero when his side pays Arsenal a visit in an English Premier League match on Sunday evening.
Aguero is still recovering from a thigh he injury he sustained against Chelsea, while Stones has a muscular issue that has dogged him for much of the season.
The Spaniard is having a torrid time this campaign, with his side, arguably out of the Premier League title due to a serious dip in form that has seen them win two out of their last five matches and will start the day 17 points off league leaders Liverpool.
Apart from the mentioned pair, Guardiola has no fresh injuries and is expected to have all the players that started the derby defeat last weekend.
David Silva might be the only worry following a knock he picked against United but is expected to shake it off and make the starting team at Emirates.
In Aguero's absence, Gabriel Jesus, who scored a stunning hat-trick in midweek against Zagreb will lead the lines, with Mahrez and Sterling on the wide areas.
In midfield, Rodri, De Bruyne, and Silva will most likely start in what is arguably Guardiola's strongest midfield at the moment.
At the back, Otamendi will come in for the injured Stones and partner Fernandinho, with Kyle Walker and Benjamin Mendy taking their full-back spots.
Manchester City Predicted XI: Ederson, Walker, Fernandinho, Otamendi, Mendy; De Bruyne, Rodri, Silva; Mahrez, Jesus, Sterling
