Uganda under 17 national women's team on Thursday ramped up their preparations for their U-17 FIFA Women World Cup Qualifiers return leg against Ethiopia at Kawempe Muslim grounds.
Uganda took a comfortable 2-0 lead in the first leg of the tie that was played in Kampala on January 12. The Ayub Khaliph-coached side notched the important goals through Juliet Nalukenge and Catherine Nagadya.
The girls went through physical and ball work exercises on Thursday morning under the watchful eye of Khaliph.
The winner of this tie shall lock horns with either Tanzania or Burundi in the next round.
A total of 16 teams from six confederations will in November 2-21camp in India for the 7th edition championship.
