Ulinzi Stars will miss the services of three players when they take on Tusker FC at Ruaraka Grounds on Sunday 26th.
Mark Barasa Bikokwa and goalkeeper Timothy Odhiambo will not be available for selection over the weekend as they are weeks away from action according to the club's team doctor John Imboywa.
The pair is nursing hamstring injuries sustained earlier in the season and Imboywa reveals that they could return to full training in two weeks' time.
"This game comes too soon for them; they can’t be cleared for the Sunday match but we expect that after two weeks they will be ready to resume training," he said as quoted by the club's official website.
The Soldiers will miss also miss the services of joint top scorer Oscar Wamalwa who is suspended after the accumulation of five yellow cards, while George Omondi and Kelvin Thairu are set to leave for military training.
Meanwhile, Brian Birgen, who has been out for the last four matches, is fit and in training. He will boost coach Nyangweso’s options at right back, which was filled up by Byron Odiaga while Birgen was out.
