Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has warned his side to be wary of Club Brugge dangerman Krepin Diatta.
The two sides will clash in the second leg of the Europa League on Thursday night at Old Trafford, with the Reds holding an important away goal after the first leg ended 1-1.
Diatta missed the first leg in Belgium but was part of the 22-man squad that traveled to England on Wednesday morning.
“I know [Brugge right-winger] Krepin Diatta from my time in Norway,” Ole added. “He might be a handful for Luke, you never know!
”Luke was out for two months and he’s done really well in a new position. It’s mixing between left-back and the left side of center-back. He runs forward more as a left center-back than as a full-back. I’ve been very pleased with him there.“
Solskjaer further revealed that he has an almost entire squad to pick from, following the return of key players from injury.
Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba are the only senior players missing from the side, with the likes of Scott McTominay and Phill Jones having recovered fully.
Meanwhile, their opponents will miss two key players in captain Ruud Vormer and Emmanuel Dennis, who picked up injuries on Sunday against Charleroi.
Midfielder Eder Balanta, who scored the only goal in that game, is also suspended after receiving his third yellow card in the competition during the first leg.
