Cardiff City loanee Dion Sanderson could potentially leave Wolves

Dion Sanderson is reportedly set to leave Wolverhampton Wanderers following his successful loan spell at Cardiff City according to Mail Online reported.

Manager Neil Harris has been full of praise for his abilities, saying: “Dion has shown himself to be more than capable of playing at this level.

The 20-year-old was shipped out to Cardiff City on a season-long loan deal in January 2020 and has shown immense potential that has Premier League clubs interested in his signature.

Sanderson's future at Molineux, however, is hanging in the balance as manager Nuno Espirito Santo has Matt Doherty and Oskar Buur at his disposal for the right-back position; while Conor Coady, Leander Dendoncker, Romain Saiss, Willy Boly and Max Kilman are first choices at centre-back.

However, Nuno should be impressed with the youngster's performance at Cardiff and he could make the manager's decision very difficult in the summer transfer window.
