Everton are reportedly set to battle it out with Serie A side Inter Milan for the services of Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini according to Calciomercato reports.
Manager Carlo Ancelotti has been eyeing a number of Serie A players, including Napoli's Allan and Dries Mertens and more recently Torino captain Andrea Belotti to name a few.
Pellegrini joined Roma back in the summer of 2017 from Sassuolo following an impressive with the side - he has gone on to involve himself in 14 goals from 24 matches played this season, proving to be a breakthrough season for him.
The 23-year-old has also scored three goals but as an attacking midfielder, he is been more notable for the assists he has provided - 11 goals alone this season, nine of those came from 18 Serie A league games.
Roma have placed a £27million for clubs interesting in signing the Italy international.
