French Ligue 1 side Lille has accepted Arsenal's €30m bid for Gabriel Magalhaes, French media reports.
Football publication Le10Sport reports that Gunners bid for the 22-year-old defender has been accepted and the player will now discuss personal terms ahead of his move to the Emirates.
The report adds that Manchester United pulled out of the race for the highly-rated Brazilian centre-back as they focus on landing Benoit Badiashile from AS Monaco instead. Everton had also shown interest but their €20m bid was turned down by the French side.
Gabriel is now set to choose between a move to Arsenal or Serie A side Napoli this summer, with Lille having decided not to stand in his way should he want a transfer away from the French club.
Gabriel scored one goal in 24 Ligue 1 games for Lille last season.
Arsenal has already signed another Brazilian, Willian, on a free transfer from Chelsea.
