Everton are the latest club to target Brentford left-back Rico Henry

Everton have become the latest club to express their interest in Brentford left-back Rico Henry according to several reports.

According to The Mirror; Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion and Leicester City are also in the race to retain Henry's services in the ongoing summer transfer window.

Brentford have already lost Ollie Watkins who has since joined Aston Villa while Said Benrahma could still be on his way out if a solid offer comes to the table.

The 23-year-old registered three assists in 51 appearances across all competitions last season - a player that the Bees are attempting their utmost best to keep hold of him.

Henry could potentially be tempted to make a move to a club that recently acquired the top signings of Allan, James Rodriguez, and Abdoulaye Doucoure.

Carlo Ancelotti is particularly paying attention to his left-back area following Leighton Baines' retirement as well as back up to Lucas Digne.
