Luis Suarez showed Barcelona what they could miss this coming season with a dream debut for Atletico Madrid as they thrashed Granada 6-1.
The Uruguayan completed his move to the Madrid-based side this week, after a move to Juventus fell through.
He was handed his debut on Sunday at home to Granada, and he did not disappoint as he notched a double and an assist.

The striker was introduced with 20 minutes to go with the hosts leading 3-0, and it took him only two minutes to make an immediate impact as he found Marcos Llorente with a nice pass and the Spaniard did the rest as he scored a fourth.
With five minutes to go, Llorente returned the favor as he found Suarez inside the box with a delicate chip, and the former Barca man headed in beautifully for a 5-0 lead.
The hosts pulled one back before Suarez once again returned with his second of the day and sixth for Diego Simeone's men.
The striker played another one-two with Llorente from just outside the box, with the final ball landing nicely on Suarez's feet, and he took a first-time shot, which cannoned off the post but he slotted in the rebound.
Will Barcelona come to regret letting the Uruguayan leave?
