Edouard Mendy will be in the Chelsea team when they travel across town to face rivals Tottenham on Tuesday night in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
The Senegal international was signed last week from French side Rennes but was not in the team that drew against West Brom on Saturday.
speaking ahead of the match at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Lampard further revealed Ben Chilwell is also available, having missed last weekend's clash at the Hawthorns.
"Mendy and Chilwell are in the squad for tomorrow," Lampard said. "They’re fit and we will see whether they start or not.
"The early signs and the interactions as a man and also on the training pitch have been very positive. He’s settled in very well in those few days and we’ve made him very welcome,"
"It’s competition, we know that. He’s a good goalkeeper, we know a lot about him, and we will see how we go,"
Chelsea qualified for the fourth round of the competition after blanking Barnsley 6-0 in the third round on Wednesday night at Stamford Bridge.
Spurs on the other hand were given a bye into the next round after Leyton Orient recorded numerous positive COVID-19 tests, thereby forfeiting the clash.
Spurs have a busy schedule with three games in six days, but Lampard believes they have enough depth to see them through.
"When I analyze Tottenham and know they squad they have, and analyse a team that didn’t play 90 minutes yesterday, they have a fantastic squad. Any squad Jose puts out will be very strong,"
