Tino Werner, Kai Harvetz and Serge Gnabry scored as Germany were 3-3 by Switzerland in Tuesday night’s Nations League clash.
The Swiss launched a dream start as Mario Gavranovic headed past Manuel Neuer for 1-0, and it was soon 2-0 when Remo Freuler finished with a superb dink to beat Neuer.
It looked like Switzerland were going to enter the break with a 2-0 lead, but Chelsea’s Werner made it 2-1 for the visitors to set up an enthralling second half.
Werner’s Chelsea teammate Kai Havertz was next in the score sheet early in the second for 2-2. But Gavranovic dramatically got the Swiss 3-2 up before Bayern Munich star Serge Gnabry grabbed the point for Germany to make it 3-3 on 60 minutes.
