Tottenham 3-3 West Ham: Late drama as Lanzini's last-minute wonder-goal snatches point for Hammers

Manuel Lanzini scored a 94th-minute goal to earn a point for West Ham against London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in a hugely entertaining clash that ended 3-3.

Tottenham looked home and dry after taking a 3–0 lead after just 16 minutes, but a late onslaught from the Hammers ensured they shared the spoils.

Jose Mourinho's men put in a near-perfect first-half performance, with Heung-min Son scoring within the first minute, thanks to a wonderfully over-the-defense pass from Harry Kane.

It was 2-0 seven minutes later as Son turned provider for Kane, who unleashed a shot from just outside the box into the bottom right.

Spurs did not stop as they grabbed a third on the 16th minute, and once again, it was their number 10 with the goal, heading in a Sergio Reguilon cross.

The striker also became the first player in almost a decade to record double figures in goal involvements after just the first five games of a Premier League season.

The visitors however scored three goals in the last eight minutes to stun the hosts.

First, Fabian Balbuena headed home a Creswell freekick in the 82nd minute, before a Davinson Sanchez own goal gave the Hammers some hope.

They dug deep and Lanzini delivered the goods in the 94th minute with a wonderful goal from outside the box.

The draw saw Spurs move to sixth on the standings with eight points, while David Moyes' men are eighth on seven points.
