Egypt winger Mohammed Salah has won Liverpool’s goal of the month award for October.
The winger who missed his club’s 3-0 win over Leicester in the weekend due to Covid had his clinical fishing against Everton in the Merseyside derby selected as the club’s goal of the month.
Salah beat off competition for Diogo Jota’s late winner past West Ham United at Anfield and Ethan Ennis curler against Sunderland in the club’s junior side coming second and third respectively.
It is the second consecutive Goal of the Month win for Salah so far this season, with his effort against Leeds United taking the prize for September.
Salah rounded off the top five himself, with his goals in the Premier League defeat at Aston Villa voted fourth and fifth respectively.
