Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips was left impressed with the way the team performed in their 1-0 victory over Everton.
It was a game of two halves at Goodison Park and it was nearly a draw until summer signing Raphinha scored a cracker in the 79th minute to give Leeds three points away from home.
“We're just happy to come out on the pitch and give it our all for 90 minutes, or 90 plus, and of course we're happy to take away the three points," Phillips said.
“I'm pleased when we win, but it's all about the team, if the team don't play well, I don't play well.
“It comes down to individual efforts but collectively as a team, the manager is on about that every week.
“We don't have one really good individual player, we're a team and we work hard as a team, I am not taking any credit.
“That's nice [England coach Gareth Southgate was watching], I put in a good performance and need to keep working hard, keep playing like I have tonight and keep progressing."
